All our Mental Health transport staff are highly trained, DBS enhanced, have PMVA training and follow the 6Cs – Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment

 

Our specialist mental health teams consist of healthcare assistants, registered mental health nurses, and escorts with expertise in areas including learning difficulties/disability, autism & Asperger's, dementia, child & adolescent mental health, and older adult care.

Our team is made up of highly qualified and carefully selected professionals who are extremely passionate about mental health.  We follow a person-centered holistic approach to provide and care for each service user as an individual.  We also use an empathetic approach which results in successful transfers.
